You'll lead end-to-end enterprise client onboarding for a fast-growing fintech in Southeast Asia. You'll own the implementation journey from post-sale to go-live, ensuring long-term success. This role combines project management with technical integration expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients
• Develop structured implementation plans with timelines and milestones
• Lead technical integrations and API implementations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in onboarding or implementation in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Proven track record of end-to-end enterprise implementations
• Hands-on experience with APIs or system integrations
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments or fintech
• Prior experience supporting Greater China enterprise clients
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana
