Description

You will perform shadow accounting for private debt funds, oversee daily fund activities, reconcile with administrators, and collaborate with global teams. This role ensures accuracy in valuations, fee calculations, and reporting while supporting junior staff development.

Requirements

• 7-9 years in a comparable role
• Bachelor degree in finance or mathematical-related subject
• Knowledge of private debt, private equity, or hedge fund sectors
• Experience in fund accounting and/or custody
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly valuations of private debt funds and fund of funds (shadow accounting)
• Review management and performance fees, implement complex fee models
• Monitor foreign currency exposure and FX hedging
• Oversee team reconciliations between Investment Advisor, Investment Manager, and Fund Administrator
• Assist in client reports production and ensure quality
