You'll provide exceptional billing and payment support to EquipmentShare's customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Rental Operations to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate account records. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Process credit card and ACH payments with high accuracy
• Update customer account billing configurations and preferences
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve credit and payment issues

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Customer service experience in a multi-channel environment
• Basic accounting or billing system knowledge
