🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end reporting solutions in BI tools for health system business
• Translate business questions into metrics and executive-ready visualizations
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and automate workflows
• Standardize how data is consumed across teams through process redesign

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in business operations, analytics, or similar roles
• Understanding of health system market and reporting needs
• Advanced expertise in BI tools
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

• Familiarity with Salesforce, LIMS, and Snowflake
• Ability to use SQL or Python to automate reporting workflows
