Description

You will play a key role in shaping winning proposals and ensuring excellence throughout the entire bid lifecycle at NiCE Cognigy, a global leader in AI-powered customer service solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage bid processes end-to-end, and ensure that customer requirements are translated into compelling, high-quality offers.

Requirements

• Experience in bid management, proposal management, or similar role in complex B2B or enterprise environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex tender documents
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in German

Responsibilities

• Support development of offers for large and complex deals from opportunity qualification through submission
• Analyze tender and RFP documents to understand customer requirements and evaluation criteria
• Organize and manage bid processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of proposals
• Ensure customer-facing offer documents are complete, consistent, and compliant
• Facilitate bid-related workshops and meetings, ensuring follow-up on outcomes
