You'll own end-to-end sales compensation design, implementation, and optimization for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You'll partner cross-functionally to align plans with business objectives and drive performance. This role offers the chance to work with CaptivateIQ and influence strategy at a well-funded company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end sales compensation lifecycle from design to optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, HR, and Legal to align plans
  • Manage compensation platforms like CaptivateIQ and ensure accurate payouts
  • Build dashboards and reports to track plan effectiveness and trends

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales compensation, revenue operations, or finance
  • End-to-end ownership of compensation lifecycle in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar compensation tools
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling scenarios

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Pigment, or Looker
  • Partner/channel commission design experience
