Description

You will conduct high-volume outreach to Medicare members to drive enrollment and program completion for personalized, evidence-based exercise programs. You'll use phone, text, and email daily, aiming to enroll 25% of connected leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years inside sales, call center, or health coach experience
• Effective communication and active listening
• Experience with CRM and customer service tools (Insightly, HubSpot)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100 outbound calls per day via phone, text, and email
• Enroll 25% or more of connected leads
• Achieve 25% or more engagement outreach to classes within 1 week
• Maintain 92% or higher customer satisfaction score
