You'll support a transportation team with daily administrative tasks, maintaining communication between plant operations, sales, and field teams. You'll track driver activity, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance. This role offers the chance to improve route efficiencies and implement new processes for quality and cost control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain inter-departmental communication with plant, sales, and field operations.
• Track driver activity using Nextraq and logs for excessive stop times, idling, speeding.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and equipment issue rectification.
• Monitor driver Hours of Service and maintain DOT compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years transportation support or dispatch experience
• 6 months of box truck driving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce
• Knowledge of Fleetio or similar TMS
• Experience with Samsara
