📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in quantitative field with 3+ years experience, or Bachelor's with 7+ years
• Strong foundation in experimental design and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools
• Competency in Python, R, or similar scripting language
