You'll own the financial foundation for a high-growth healthcare AI company trusted by leading U.S. health systems. Your precision and rigor will drive cash flow discipline and scalable financial operations as we approach $200M ARR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee accounting, revenue recognition, tax, cash forecasting, controls, and compliance
• Manage FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and multi-entity financial operations
• Drive cash flow discipline and forecasting accuracy across bookings and revenue
• Present financial narrative to Board and investors with clarity and rigor

📋 Requirements

• SaaS CFO experience with hands-on accounting and financial rigor
• CPA or equivalent background
• Track record owning cash forecasting, tax complexity, audits, and multi-entity structures
• Comfortable leading Board and investor conversations
