You'll run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, and team performance. You'll mentor and develop a team of Customer Advocates while driving customer experience excellence in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback and conduct performance check-ins
• Generate reports and present to upper management
• Address and manage complex customer-facing issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Salesforce or Tableau
• Analytical mind and logistics experience
