Description

As a Telehealth Addiction Counselor, you will deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions to support recovery for individuals with substance use disorders. You'll conduct assessments, provide crisis support, and collaborate on treatment planning using Affect's evidence-based digital program.

Requirements

• Active Illinois license: CADC, LCPC, or LCSW
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, EMR, and telehealth platforms
• Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate readiness and determine level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system
• Collaborate on treatment and discharge planning
