You'll play a key role in our international expansion, building pipeline and engaging audit firms across EMEA. You'll drive growth through self-sourced outreach and collaborate closely with Account Executives to create meaningful opportunities. This role offers training, mentorship, and direct exposure to high-performing sales reps.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach
  • Engage leads via creative, personalized outreach over phone or Zoom
  • Develop deep expertise in the Fieldguide platform and industry trends
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives for demos

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of BDR, SDR, Account Management, or Account Executive experience
  • Proven ability to exceed activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment
  • Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional communicator

  • Accounting industry knowledge, including assurance and advisory services
