🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end global People Operations strategy across LATAM.
• Automate workflows using AI tools to eliminate manual tasks.
• Act as People Partner for Brazil GTM and Support functions.
• Provide real-time People data insights to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Global Ops Mindset: experience scaling People Ops in high-growth tech across LATAM.
• Local Expertise: expert-level knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT, eSocial).
• Data Automation Fluency: ability to use AI tools and automation to increase output.
• Execution Ownership: outcome-oriented leader thriving in ambiguity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience implementing or migrating global HRIS/payroll systems.
• A good sense of humor.
