You'll serve as the central hub for content delivery operations, ensuring seamless workflow execution from intake through production. You'll keep high-volume, stage-gated workflows organized, audit-ready, and on track. This role enables teams to execute at a high level by supporting contract and SOW administration, AI-assisted production workflows, and compliance readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track and reconcile SME contracts and statements of work
• Execute AI-supported workflows using established SOPs and templates
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with quality standards
• Manage SME deliverable intake and maintain tracking dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content operations or publishing coordination
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in accredited continuing education environments
• Familiarity with accreditation standards (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE)
• Exposure to AI-assisted content development workflows
