🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise ongoing maintenance operations for hotel systems and equipment.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans for guestrooms and public areas.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of the hotel regularly.
• Order materials and complete work assignments on time and within budget.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hotel operations experience.
• Highest level relevant state/local license for stationary engineers or HVAC.
• Universal level refrigerant recovery license.
• Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• BOMA accredited courses.
• High-rise Fire Safety Director certification.
• LEED certification.
