Description

You will lead new market regulatory efforts and oversee business operations for existing Starlink markets in the Middle East. You'll shape Starlink's global presence by conducting market research, building stakeholder networks, and identifying commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecom, satellite, or tech
• Ability to negotiate complex deals and influence policy at senior levels
• Strong analytical skills in market modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive intelligence
• Fluency in English plus French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, tax, and sales teams to align market development efforts
• Develop and grow a network of supportive stakeholders across public and private sectors
• Build and grow a pipeline of commercial opportunities for Enterprise Sales
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans
