Description

You will maintain client budget control reports, forecasts, and accruals using Excel, act as a liaison between finance, media agencies, and clients, and resolve billing and accounts receivable issues. Your organizational skills and professionalism will ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance or Accounting (Bachelor's required)
• Entry-level financial or accounting experience, preferably in media agency or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in financial systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Budget Control Reports, forecasts, and accruals using Excel
• Act as control for MPAs and maintain accurate files
• Set up and maintain fee/job dockets and intercompany service records
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on purchase order, billing, and accounts payable issues
• Assist with client receivables and resolve discrepancies
