Description
You will act as a key Finance Business Partner to multiple corporate-side departments, driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. You will help define internal financial processes, systems, and controls in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and data-driven insights skills
- Ability to build relationships with executives and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Act as primary finance partner to assigned departments, supporting decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts
- Own month-end close activities for assigned cost centers
- Provide variance analysis and financial reports to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support systems implementation
