You'll serve as the Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare ecosystem, acting as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders. Your work will directly impact user experiences and streamline operations, making healthcare more accessible. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality
• Act as primary liaison between development and business teams
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories
• Translate healthcare policy requirements into actionable epics and features
• Track post-launch optimization metrics and drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership roles
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government programs
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms
• Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs
