Description

As an Operations Specialist at Lyft, you will serve as the central point for monitoring and responding to incidents that impact Lyft assets, employees, and brand. You'll use proprietary tools to handle real-time threats, support autonomous vehicle operations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to quickly mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 1+ years GSOC, call center, or similar experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to make independent decisions within procedural framework
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Willingness to be on-call outside standard hours

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor real-time incidents using proprietary tools
• Assess and escalate threat incidents including credible threats
• Utilize social media and traditional media for event monitoring
• Support incident response for autonomous vehicle operations
• Manage account finances including invoicing and PO processing
