You'll join Nebius to scale engineering teams across multiple locations, owning end-to-end hiring from sourcing to offer. Your work will directly impact the growth of a fast-moving AI cloud infrastructure company. This role offers rapid growth through hands-on practice and feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles across multiple locations
• Daily hands-on sourcing and active outreach to build long-term pipelines
• Run screening interviews assessing technical and behavioral fit
• Manage a large number of active candidates with excellent organization

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
• Demonstrated experience hiring engineering profiles with sourcing in EU/UK
• Strong, hands-on sourcing capability using LinkedIn and advanced search
• Proven experience conducting high-volume screening calls for engineering roles

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Fluent English, written and spoken
