You'll own the end-to-end creation of AI characters, including concept design, face generation, LoRA training, testing, and iterative refinement. Your work will directly shape engaging AI characters that resonate with large-scale audiences in a fast-paced, experimental environment. Collaboration with AI engineers and creators will be essential to continuously improve outputs and introduce new innovations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end creation of AI characters including concept design and LoRA training
• Develop and enhance character profiles using AI tools
• Test and evaluate AI-generated characters for visual consistency
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve character generation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles
• Solid hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI workflows
• Strong creative judgment in selecting and designing character traits and visual identities
• Comfort working in iterative, high-frequency training and testing cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI or similar AI pipelines
• Exposure to internet culture and engagement-driven content creation
