You'll support the Talent Acquisition operations for a fast-growing clean K-beauty brand based in Berlin. You'll help optimize recruitment processes and systems while contributing to a positive candidate experience. This role offers hands-on responsibility in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day recruitment execution across multiple roles.
• Draft and publish job advertisements with consistent employer branding.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Review initial applications and support candidate outreach.

📋 Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition (previous internship a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with candidate-centric approach.
• Fluent in English.
