💼 About This Role

You'll negotiate and execute commercial agreements for an AI-native audit platform, serving sophisticated accounting firms in regulated environments. You'll build legal infrastructure from scratch and advise GTM, People, and Finance teams. This role is for a builder, not a maintainer, and you'll own outcomes end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and execute MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs, NDAs
• Build contract playbook and standard paper library
• Own AI and data licensing negotiations
• Review employment and contractor agreements

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar admission
• 8-10 years legal experience including 3-4 at law firm
• Deep fluency in commercial SaaS contracts (MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, SLAs)
• Data privacy experience with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at B2B SaaS serving professional services or fintech
• Familiarity with agentic AI or AI infrastructure agreements
