You'll manage payroll and HR processes for union and non-union employees at a school bus yard. Your work ensures accurate timekeeping and a seamless employee experience. This role is onsite in Philadelphia and involves cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculate pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
  • Execute new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS setup.
  • Serve as primary local contact for employee questions on pay and HR.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume operations (100+ employees).
  • Proficiency with payroll systems; ADP experience strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience administering payroll in a union or CBA environment.
  • Background in transportation or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
