🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage timesheets for union and non-union employees ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Calculate pay discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
- Execute new hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and HRIS setup.
- Serve as primary local contact for employee questions on pay and HR.
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of payroll processing experience with high-volume operations (100+ employees).
- Proficiency with payroll systems; ADP experience strongly preferred.

- Experience administering payroll in a union or CBA environment.
- Background in transportation or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
