You will drive market penetration in Greater Philadelphia by building relationships with clinical partners, educating providers, and connecting patients to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health programs, directly expanding access to life-saving treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Philadelphia, PA area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience, overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to deepen Charlie Health's penetration with existing partnerships
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
