Description

You will support the development and oversight of the operational control framework, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Model Audit Rule, and SOC requirements. Partner with business teams to document processes, assess controls, and drive improvements in operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with internal controls, operations, and/or consulting
• 1+ years experience supporting strategic improvements in process and controls
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Health insurance industry experience preferred
• SOX, MAR, and/or SOC1 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, risks, and corresponding controls
• Advise control owners on development and execution of operational controls
• Advise remediation owners on corrective action plans and monitor effectiveness
• Consult on development and implementation of scalable operational processes
• Coordinate discussions between internal/external auditors and Operations
