- Manage enterprise client portfolio from onboarding to renewal
- Develop data-driven success plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer success or account management
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English
