💼 About This Role

You'll lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy to generate $30M+ annually for United Way of Greater Los Angeles, partnering with the CEO and Board to deepen donor engagement. You will drive multi-channel revenue growth across corporate, foundation, major gifts, and individual giving. This role offers the opportunity to shape systems change and economic mobility in Los Angeles County.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic vision for fundraising with measurable growth plans
• Oversee corporate and employee giving programs
• Manage major donor portfolio and high-touch stewardship
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing development team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of fundraising experience
• 3+ years leading senior fundraising leaders
• Track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Experience with $10M+ annual revenue targets
