• Perform farming tasks including planting, transferring, and harvesting plants.
• Clean and maintain cultivation areas, equipment, and materials.
• Report plant health issues and equipment malfunctions to leadership.
• Track and update required information in department logs and spreadsheets.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of prior agricultural or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Consistent on-time attendance for scheduled shifts.
