🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team recruiting and training agents in your territory

• Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations
• Conduct routine visits to assess agent performance

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in French and local language
• At least 2 years managing an agent network in Niger
• 1+ year managing field-based teams
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
