You'll design and build operational infrastructure for wealth management solutions at Trust, a digitally native Singapore bank. Your work will shape operational strategy and vendor relationships to enable seamless customer experiences. You'll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk to ensure regulatory adherence and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define operational strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and maintain operational infrastructure, controls, and processes.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of operations and manage operational team.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key vendors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years' experience in retail securities brokerage in Singapore.
• 5+ years of executive level operational experience.
• Sound knowledge of investing propositions and operational design.
