You'll join the proAgent pod to build autonomous voice agents for live financial conversations. You'll own components of the agentic runtime, integrate speech models, and debug real-time issues. This role offers real ownership from day one on frontier voice AI problems that impact millions of conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain agentic runtime for multi-turn financial conversations
• Implement context management tracking consumer state and business rules
• Contribute to real-time voice pipeline with sub-1s latency targets
• Write prompts, orchestration flows, and model routing logic

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on engineering experience with ML/AI systems in production
• Solid Python fundamentals and ability to debug production issues
• Experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, API integrations, or building agents
• High bias for action and ability to ship without over-engineering
