💼 About This Role

You'll build the network layer that turns OWL from a data platform into a network connecting allocators and hedge funds. You'll own product features end-to-end across the stack, delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-moving startup environment. Your work will directly shape the network flywheel as each customer adds value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship network features for search, connection, and collaboration
• Own product features from ambiguous requirements to production
• Work with large, structured datasets while improving performance
• Iterate on features based on user feedback and data

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years building production software
• Strong backend experience in Python or Node.js
• Strong frontend experience in React + TypeScript
• Experience building APIs (REST or GraphQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and data modeling
• Experience in fast-moving or early-stage environments
• Familiarity with AI tools in development lifecycle
