🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, manage, train, and develop staff.
• Coordinate global training activities for regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate procedures for process improvements.
• Act as SME for Training and participate in inspections.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in QA or related field
• 5+ years of direct management experience
• Proficiency with Training Systems (e.g., MasterControl, SAP Litmos)
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO13485, MDD/MDR

• MDSAP experience
• MasterControl orientation training experience
