💼 About This Role

You'll lead the newly unified sales organization of a leading Transportation Management System (TMS) following a merger, building and scaling the sales engine from the ground up. You'll own revenue growth and go-to-market execution, driving cross-functional alignment and fostering a culture of accountability. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a category-leading TMS platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth
  • Lead as player-coach, supporting SEs on complex opportunities and closing enterprise deals
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue ownership
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics tech
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
