You'll lead and support the JV girls tennis team at Eastern High School. Your core impact will be recruiting a full team, coaching to a competitive record, and ensuring academic success. This role offers the chance to make a difference in a diverse urban school district.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support team throughout the entire season
• Recruit a full team by the first day of the season
• Coach team to a winning record aiming for postseason play
• Ensure all players are academically eligible and successful

📋 Requirements

• Previous successful coaching experience
• Knowledge of MHSAA & LSD rules and policies
• CPR Certification & first aid training
• Alignment with Lansing School District's mission and values
