You'll own the enterprise pipeline number at a YC and a16z-backed startup, building the demand generation team and systems from scratch. Your work directly impacts revenue through pipeline optimization and channel experiments, with full accountability for qualified opportunities. You'll operate with startup urgency and enterprise rigor, reporting metrics weekly to leadership.

  • Design and execute enterprise demand generation strategy
  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage targets with Sales leadership
  • Own marketing-to-sales funnel end-to-end, diagnose conversion leakage
  • Hire, develop, and lead a demand generation team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10+ years in demand generation or revenue marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Directly owned a pipeline or revenue target with measurable results
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and large deal sizes
  • Fluent in modern demand stack (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense/Demandbase)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance or regulated industries
  • Background in insurtech or fintech
  • Familiarity with founder-led sales environments (YC, a16z)
