💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical process and requirements workshops with hospital stakeholders, representing the Avelios best-practice standard across modules. You'll coordinate with Product teams to enable scalable improvements and drive successful go-lives for customer projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage key stakeholders across customers, Project team, and Product team.
• Lead clinical process and requirements workshops with hospital stakeholders.
• Represent and apply the Avelios best-practice standard across modules.
• Align clinical target processes and define go-live and rollout scopes.

📋 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in hospitals or consulting in hospital transformation or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and ability to structure complex requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, including workshop moderation and conflict handling.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in hospital digitalization projects.
• Experience with hospital information systems (KIS).
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into structured artifacts.
