🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end strategy for designated paid media accounts.
• Meet pacing KPIs and improve performance expectations.
• Own paid media strategy, project roadmaps, and testing.
• Manage a small team of Media Managers.
• Identify client goals and improve Paid Media's business contribution.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of Paid Media experience.
• Experience managing accounts with $100K-$1MM monthly budgets.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and Display platforms.
• Client relationship management and team management experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Programmatic and TikTok.
• GA4 knowledge.
• Experience in full-funnel strategy and lead generation.
