🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on patient care including PICC lines, wound vacs, feeding pumps, and tube management.
• Implement plan of care directed by Case Manager RN.
• Document patient care accurately within 24-48 hours.
• Participate in weekly case conferences and on-call duties.

📋 Requirements

• One year of recent nursing experience
• Current CA Registered Nurse License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card
• Valid CA Driver's License with acceptable driving record
