You will validate and test integrations between partner software and the MongoDB ecosystem, document best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer success with AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technology sector (software engineering, solutions engineering, QA, etc.)
• Scripting or programming skills (Python, JavaScript, shell)
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Foundational understanding of data and AI concepts
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams

Responsibilities

• Validate industry and AI solution integrations with MongoDB ecosystem
• Design and execute integration test plans
• Document integration guides and technical notes
• Collaborate with Industry Solutions Team to support customers
• Enable field teams by explaining integration patterns
