Requirements

Experience in primary care leadership or medical director role
Ability to manage clinical teams and drive performance metrics
Commitment to value-based care and patient-centered approach
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Licensed physician (MD/DO) eligible to practice in North Carolina

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for clinic teams to drive high-quality care and patient experience
Manage providers, ensuring completion of administrative tasks and proper panel management
Partner with Care Center Manager to exceed target metrics (patient experience, STARS/HEDIS, cost of care)
Deliver high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary care model
Provide direct oversight of clinical care team including Advanced Practitioner, MA, Care Manager, etc.
