You'll shape hiring strategy and scale engineering teams at an AI-native B2B company building the next generation of customer support. Your work will directly impact company growth by attracting top talent in a competitive market. This is a series B startup backed by a16z with a mission-critical role reporting to the Chief of Staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting from strategy to close with high visibility
• Build scalable hiring, onboarding, and retention processes from scratch
• Engage and close top talent in competitive markets using creative sourcing
• Track recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and drive improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups
• Proven success sourcing and hiring technical roles at B2B startups
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously
• Experience with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience building out recruiting processes from scratch
• Track record of closing top talent in competitive markets
