Description

You will support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management, headcount tracking, and operating priorities. You'll manage budget tracking and analysis, document and improve operating processes, and prepare materials for leadership meetings and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, economics, or related field
• 3-8 years experience in technology business analyst, operations, or consulting role
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
• Familiarity with buy-side business environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
