You'll provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws. You'll be the key point of contact for employee lifecycle activities and Workday system management. This hybrid role in Sofia offers work-life balance with two days in-office.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage onboarding, employee changes, and termination processes.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee files in compliance with local laws.
- Utilize Workday for data management, reporting, and audits.
- Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and projects.
π Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR operations experience in Bulgaria.
- Fluent Bulgarian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) language skills.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws.
- Demonstrable experience using Workday as an HRIS.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Degree in HR or similar qualification.
- Experience with CBA or union environment.
- Experience with Jira.
