💼 About This Role
You'll drive new business development in Mumbai's HoReCa sector, introducing chef-grade ready-to-cook solutions to restaurants and food service operators. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account retention with strong territory autonomy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business across restaurants, cafés, and caterers
- Conduct daily field visits for lead generation and product trials
- Organize kitchen demonstrations and sampling sessions
- Build relationships with chefs, owners, and procurement teams
- Convert trial customers into recurring buyers and manage retention
📋 Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales experience in HoReCa, FMCG food, or food supply
- Strong understanding of Mumbai's restaurant and food service ecosystem
- Comfortable with extensive field-based work and daily in-person visits
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi preferred

- Prior network within restaurants, cafés, hotels, or catering
- Familiarity with HoReCa procurement cycles and kitchen operations
