💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business development in Mumbai's HoReCa sector, introducing chef-grade ready-to-cook solutions to restaurants and food service operators. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account retention with strong territory autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business across restaurants, cafés, and caterers
  • Conduct daily field visits for lead generation and product trials
  • Organize kitchen demonstrations and sampling sessions
  • Build relationships with chefs, owners, and procurement teams
  • Convert trial customers into recurring buyers and manage retention

📋 Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales experience in HoReCa, FMCG food, or food supply
  • Strong understanding of Mumbai's restaurant and food service ecosystem
  • Comfortable with extensive field-based work and daily in-person visits
  • Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi preferred

  • Prior network within restaurants, cafés, hotels, or catering
