๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll improve sales effectiveness across the commercial team by providing structured coaching and methodology reinforcement. You'll partner with Sales Operations and Leadership to strengthen sales methodology adoption, improve opportunity quality, and drive measurable increases in pipeline health and win rates. This role serves as a strategic advisor guiding reps through account planning and deal strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver structured 1:1 and group coaching sessions for account executives.
  • Provide deal-level coaching on qualification, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coach sellers on account plans and territory strategies aligned to go-to-market plan.
  • Conduct field observations to identify capability gaps and training needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Management, preferably in Telecom.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales methodologies (Altify, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Prior sales enablement experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales in complex, long-cycle environments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Coaching certification (PCC, ICF, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
