You'll sit at the intersection of learning design, experience architecture, and AI to reimagine global onboarding and leadership development programs. You'll design adaptive, AI-enhanced learning journeys that are customized to each learner's role, region, and experience level. Your work will directly impact how Geotab's diverse global workforce learns and grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design adaptive learning architectures for onboarding and leadership programs.
• Create modular, composable content structures for personalized learning.
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance learning content and paths.
• Collaborate with People Ops and HRBPs to translate learning needs into solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in experience design, instructional design, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end learning experience design work.
• Proven experience applying adult learning principles and UX design to programs.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to create learning content.
